If someone mentioned they were fascinated with Jim Carrey, Larry David, Sam Raimi, Quentin Tarantino, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show, one would ask, “WHAT THE HELL?”
Director Adar Wadislavski, not only pre-ampted the question, but answered with the title of the witty, captivating, and brilliant twenty-two-minute short film, “WHAT THE HELL?”
Storyline: Eyal and Shani are close friends who would like to get closer, but their past traumas keep them from saying what they want and getting them into an exciting adventure.
The film is a dandy and serves as an example by utilising qualified skills of writing to illustrate what is most likely a question he had to answer throughout his life.
You the reader will enjoy the humor of what is supposed to be a scary love story. And humor which is the fuel for happiness, should serve its purpose at a time when it is desperately needed.
WJ hopes Wadislavski produces another one before the smiles of the world turn into a Dave Mustaine-described “Black Tooth Grin”.
