This discussion post has caused a stir in the ranks of The WorthJourney (Asia/Middle East). If you have the time to ignite the neurons that maintain stimulation in your brain please read below.

Define what a non-zero-sum game is. 

From my understanding and extensive reading on the non-zero-sum game, I summed it up as a win-win situation or mutually rewarding outcome.

Describe a large social dilemma in terms of a non-zero-sum game and how one would create a win-win scenario where both parties win. 

Group polarization occurs when a group engagement enhances members’ preexisting tendencies and strengthens their average tendencies. It is not about a split within the group. We have seen the effects of this in the last several elections in the United States (BibliU, pg 177).

Pleasing the needy or certain members with a transparent agenda normally do it. Establishing the 4’cs of peace normally secures a positive outcome (BibliU, pg331).

How do you overcome the negative effects of group polarization when there are very divided viewpoints on what’s right? 

As a group, it is important to listen to all sides of the subject and evaluate the objective of the initiator. If and when everyone listens to the rational reasoning behind a particular subject (in regards to why not), then the outcome is a stable result. There could be a division but a mutually beneficial outcome of decisions. Or eliminate a section that cannot be agreed upon as a group as they do not belong in the group.

**These days, that particular individual complains or files a complaint based on their rejection complex, only to demand money. And worse equality. “If some individuals dislike you, together they may dislike you more (BibliU, pg177) .”

Should we continue to have national political debates during elections? 

A topic that some may want to avoid if they are not residing in America.

The purpose of debates is to advance the general public interest. Unfortunately, for most of you, it seems to have been who to follow or vote for and the new senseless character assassination when the commoner suffers. Whether it is admitted or not, those debates there have encouraged the heart of some Americans to attempt to assassinate leaders. Then it is not funny as it is the one place the rest of the world emulates. And no I am not blue or red. Ireland, Greece and Egypt, my place of residency(s), are motivated by different colours.

From an eagle-eye point of view, it seems your candidates are thinking for you based on how many points are garnered to discredit the other.

I asked others, just as I ask this class; “Has there been a reasonable solution other than firing a weapon to kill one another and hide a past that the public is too afraid to study?”

What criteria should one use to determine whether a decision-making process is of high quality or not? 

One direction or no direction is based on an equal group vote.

A significant social regulation that impacts the larger population (e.g., health care regulation change) 

Regulations should be applied to those who are not qualified to make a difference. Sure there is a popular vote but to the ones that follow sheep based on their attention spell of acquiring facts, it is rather simple. Keep them in their place.

Health care regulations? There should be regulations on what kind of products are sold as edible. If the powers that be or groups that constantly complain or protest as they wobble and put the same effort in investing in their health, then there would not be a need to regulate healthcare systems. It is simple, educate the public about what they eat.

How could you trust someone that does not invest in their body?

Does power corrupt?

Does any of you know the saying; “give a certain person a rope and they become a cowboy.” It is safe to say we have seen the results of that in the last 10 years worldwide. The underqualified with no tenure at certain things should not have the same opportunity as those who are deserving.

An example:

Podcast. Social Media comments. Are there no regulations for those who can sit anywhere and speak about nothing or repeat what others have done and discuss nothing of relevance?

That power leads to corruption based on a sheep suffering for wanting to belong to something that has been misleading about everything that is not positive. The power has been abused based on taking advantage of the group of people who cannot have a dance partner in a ballroom.

And the qualified individuals are out playing cards with the Loch Ness monster.
